Return Policy:

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Raj Shringar Jewellery is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that any shipping charges paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

  • We offer exchanges within 7 to 10 days of your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your exchange reaches us safely. Raj Shringar Jewellery is not responsible for items lost in transit during the exchange process.
